Dana Nichols

Dana Nichols serves as Board Treasurer of One Matter, helping provide the financial oversight, accountability, and strategic perspective needed to support the organization’s responsible growth.

In her board role, Dana works alongside One Matter’s leadership and Board of Directors to support financial stewardship, budgeting, reporting, resource planning, and decisions that help keep the organization aligned with its mission and long-term responsibilities.

Professionally, Dana is an experienced nonprofit fundraiser, relationship builder, and donor-engagement leader. She currently serves as Senior Director of Donor Engagement at Hope Ignites, where she cultivates relationships with major donors and works with affiliated organizations to identify collaborative funding opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.

Her experience also includes helping nonprofit leaders strengthen donor relationships, improve retention, and develop more effective fundraising strategies.

Dana’s perspective supports One Matter’s commitment to responsible stewardship and sustainable impact. As the organization develops its programs, partnerships, and fundraising capacity, she helps ensure that resources are managed thoughtfully and that supporters remain meaningfully connected to the communities and opportunities their contributions help advance.
