Zwayne Sealy
Zwayne Sealy is the Founder, President and CEO of One Matter, a nonprofit organization created to connect people, resources, knowledge, and partnerships with meaningful community needs across the Caribbean and its diaspora.
A Caribbean-born technology strategist, entrepreneur, and business leader based in Atlanta, Zwayne has built his career at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, business development, and organizational growth. His experience working with companies, community leaders, professional networks, and regional partners has given him a practical understanding of how relationships and resources can be mobilized to create opportunity.
He founded One Matter around a simple belief: meaningful progress becomes possible when people contribute what they have—time, expertise, resources, relationships, or financial support—toward a shared purpose.
Under his leadership, One Matter is developing programs focused on technology access and educational support, disaster preparedness and community resilience, and stronger connections between Caribbean communities and the global diaspora.
Through ABLES, the organization helps expand access to technology, digital learning, and educational resources. B-READY focuses on preparedness, resilience, and better coordination before and after community emergencies. Trident Club creates opportunities for knowledge exchange, cultural connection, collaboration, and community-focused action across the Caribbean and its diaspora.
Zwayne’s role includes shaping One Matter’s strategy, developing partnerships, guiding program growth, supporting the Board of Directors, and helping ensure that the organization remains community-led, transparent, and focused on lasting impact.
“One person may not be able to solve every challenge, but each of us can contribute something that matters.”
